Rental Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to provide a fair and simple cancellation policy while ensuring availability for all families who rely on our service.


Cancellations

48 Hours or More Before Delivery

✔ Full refund
Reservations canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time will receive a 100% refund.

Within 48 Hours of Delivery

✔ Partial refund
Reservations canceled within 48 hours of delivery are eligible for a 50% refund.

Same-Day Cancellations

✘ No refund
Once the delivery day has arrived, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.


Early Returns

Returning your stroller early does not qualify for a refund for unused rental days. The rental period and pricing are set at the time of booking.


No-Show Policy

If a guest is unavailable during the scheduled delivery or pickup time without prior communication, the reservation may be considered a no-show, and:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Additional fees may apply for rescheduling or additional trips


Weather & Emergencies

We operate rain, sleet. or shine. However:

If severe weather or an unexpected emergency prevents a safe delivery or pickup, we will work with you to reschedule, and no penalties will be applied.


Modifying a Reservation

Changes to delivery time, pickup time, stroller type, or rental duration are based on availability.
Please contact us as early as possible to request a modification.
