Rental Terms & Agreement

By completing a reservation with Saddle & Stroll, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all stroller rentals and related services.


1. Rental Agreement

By renting a stroller from Saddle & Stroll, you agree to:

• Use the stroller responsibly and only for its intended purpose
• Return the stroller in the same condition in which it was received (normal wear expected)
• Follow all delivery, pickup, and cancellation guidelines
• Ensure all children using the stroller meet the stroller’s weight and safety requirements


2. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for the stroller and all included accessories for the duration of your rental period, including:

• Loss or theft
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or neglect
• Missing parts or accessories
• Allowing the stroller to be used in unsafe or prohibited ways

If the stroller is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged based on the model rented.


3. Proper Use & Safety

For your child’s safety, you agree to the following:

• Always secure your child using the 5-point harness
• Do not exceed the stroller’s posted weight limits
• Do not hang heavy bags from the handlebar (may cause tipping)
• Do not jog or run unless the stroller is specifically designed for jogging
• Do not leave children unattended in or near the stroller
• Do not operate the stroller on unsafe or extremely uneven surfaces
• Avoid forcing or slamming folding mechanisms

Saddle & Stroll is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use, failure to follow safety instructions, or lack of supervision.


4. Delivery & Pickup Requirements

By booking a rental, you agree to:

• Be available during your selected delivery and pickup windows
• Meet face-to-face for resort deliveries when required
• Schedule delivery after arrival at private homes
• Meet the driver when required by hotel or resort policy
• Return the stroller to the correct location at the correct time

Failure to meet delivery or pickup times may result in additional fees.


5. Cleaning & Sanitation Fees

All strollers are professionally cleaned and sanitized after each rental.

A $15–$25 cleaning fee may be applied if the stroller is returned excessively soiled, including:

• Food or drink spills
• Crumbs, sand, glitter, or sticky residue
• Gum, markers, or art materials
• Pet hair or odors
• Smoke odor exposure


6. Lost or Damaged Equipment Fees

You agree to pay replacement or repair fees for:

• Missing accessories (canopies, straps, storage baskets, etc.)
• Bent frames or wheels
• Damaged brakes or folding mechanisms
• Torn seats or fabric
• Lost or stolen strollers

Fees are assessed based on the stroller model and extent of damage.


7. Rental Period & Late Returns

Your rental period is defined during checkout.

Late returns may result in additional daily rental charges.

Failure to return the stroller or communicate with our team may result in a full replacement fee.


8. Weather & Unforeseen Delays

We operate in most weather conditions.

If severe weather or an emergency prevents delivery or pickup, we will reschedule as needed at no additional charge.


9. Liability Waiver

By renting a stroller, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Saddle & Stroll is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to supervise children
• You assume full responsibility for the safe operation of the stroller
• You will use the stroller only as intended


10. Theme Park Restrictions

We do not deliver directly to theme parks or park entrances.

All deliveries and pickups must occur at hotels, resorts, vacation homes, or approved meeting locations.


11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your reservation applies.
