Booking & Availability

How do I book a stroller?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your stroller, rental dates, and delivery location.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during holidays and peak travel seasons.

Do you offer same-day or last-minute rentals?
Same-day requests may be available depending on inventory and delivery schedule. Please contact us to check availability.

What types of strollers do you offer?
We currently offer single and double strollers. Inventory varies, so availability is not guaranteed without a reservation.


Delivery & Pickup

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including hotels, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and residential addresses.

Do you deliver to hotels?
Yes. We can deliver to most hotels and coordinate with the front desk or bell services when allowed.

Do I need to be present for delivery?
Not always. Many hotels allow us to leave the stroller with the front desk. For private residences or Airbnbs, we’ll coordinate with you.

What time will my stroller be delivered?
Delivery windows depend on your location and our route schedule. You will receive confirmation prior to delivery.

How does pickup work?
At the end of your rental, we will collect the stroller from your location during your scheduled pickup window.


Cleanliness & Safety

How clean are your strollers?
All strollers are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every rental using baby-safe, non-toxic products.

Do you inspect strollers between rentals?
Yes. Every stroller is inspected for safety, cleanliness, and proper function before being rented again.


Cancellations & Changes

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time for a full refund. 

Can I change my dates after booking?
Date changes are subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What if my travel plans change?
We understand travel plans can shift. Please reach out so we can do our best to accommodate you.


Damage, Loss & Responsibility

What if the stroller gets dirty?
Normal wear and everyday messes are expected.

What if the stroller is damaged?
Significant damage, misuse, or loss may result in additional charges. Normal wear and tear is not charged.

What if the stroller is stolen or lost?
You are responsible for the stroller during your rental period. Loss or theft may result in replacement fees.


Extensions & Late Returns

Can I extend my rental?
Yes! If the stroller is not reserved for another customer, you may request an extension. Additional charges apply.

What happens if I return the stroller late?
Late returns may result in additional fees. Please contact us if your plans change.

Are you family-owned?
Yes! Saddle & Stroll is a family-owned business created to make traveling with kids easier.

Do you offer rain covers or accessories?
Yes, accessories such as rain covers may be available depending on availability.
